Mount Menthosa (6440 Meters) is the 2nd highest peak in the Lahaul-Spiti province of the state Himachal Pradesh in Northern India. The summit was first achieved in 1970 by a British Service Team led by Capt S. Bembrose. R.E.M.E Capt. R. Cape and Royal Marine Lt. S. Rae were the only two members of the team to reach the summit.

DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI
Welcome to India- a country where hospitality is a way of life; to a culture steeped in tradition, a land where history lives in music and dance. Upon arrivel at Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi, You will meet our representative and warm welcome with traditional manner and garlands, followed by transfer to hotel for check in and overnight stay, Meals: xxx
DAY 2: DELHI (IMF VISIT) - CHANDIGARH (321M) 250 KM 4,5 HRS
Morning after breakfast proceed to Indian mountaineering foundation (IMF) for briefing with the Director of IMF, Liaison Officer and complete some paperwork. You can also visit the museum and library of IMF to get more information about Indian himalayas and your expedition, afternoon free for leisure. Afternoon drive to Chandigarh, overnight stay at Chandigarh hotel. Meals: Breakfast
DAY 3: CHANDIGARH – MANALI (2050 M) BY: DRIVE 290KM/6,7HRS
Morning after breakfast drive to Manali Himachal Pradesh, Inroute stop for luch at (Mandi), Evening reach at Manali, overnight stay at Manali hotel. Meal:- Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 4: MANALI
Full day in Manali, you will visit Hadimba Devi temple (This temple was erected in 1553 and is dedicated to Goddess Hadimba. The temple has some intricate wooden carvings which depictsmythological characters and motifs of animals & cosmidancers) Then Old Manali and Mall road (where you can go for shopping& Eating), Overnight stay in hotel at Manali. Meal:- Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 05: MANALI – UDAIPUR (2650 M)
Morning after breakfast, a scenic drive takes you through mighty Rohtang La at 3979M that remains under snow for about six months. After Rohtang, you will start descending to the other side of Rohtang, into the forbidden land of Lahaul, where you encounter a different culture and landscape. Evening reach at Udaipur, Overnight in hotel Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 06: UDAIPUR - TINGRIT- URGOS (3250 M)
A 23 kms drive to from to Urgos from Udaipur is exhilarating as you witness changing landscapes in a small distance. Approach towards the base camp is through Miyar Valley, which has a rich cultural heritage. Upon reaching Urgos we move towards camp for the night. This will be the time to meet your cook, kitchen helper and porters and off course the trekking guide who will drop you to the base camp tomorrow.  Evening free for lesiour. Overnight in Transcend Trekking tents. Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 07: URGOS – BASE CAMP (4200 M)
Morning after breakfast get ready for your first day trek, you will hand over your bags, climbing equpments to our porters, The 7 kms hike from Urgos to Menthosa Base Camp is a terrific hike: not too difficult, yet steep enough to warm you up for the climb. Magnificent views of the surrounding peaks gets prettier as you go higher. (Hot Lunch will be provided inroute) The last 1000 meters elevation will be a tough climb. Basecamp will be set before your reach, Overning in Transcend Trekking Tents, Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 08-19: BASE CAMP (BC) – BASE CAMP (BC)
Form day 08 to day 19 Establish higher camps & Attempt peak, Transcend Climbing sherpa will help you to open the route and make necessary arrangements for you after the basecamp, You are also connected with the basecamp and our Backup team by satellite phone and walkie talkie, We update you about the wether coditainon on time to time accordingly The summit team will take the decision, from the summit you will get the panasonic view of Miyar valley. Meals: High Altitude Food
DAY 20: BC - URGOS – UDAIPUR
Morning after breakfast, again handover your bags to the Porters, leave the base camp and trek down to reach Urgos, hot lunch will provide inroute. From Urgos our transport team will wait for us, after sift all the luggage in the cabs we drive to Udaipur. Overning in the hotel. Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 21: UDAIPUR - MANALI
Morning after breakfast drive back to Manali. Upon arrival check in the hotel for overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 22: MANALI – CHANDIGARH
After relaxed morning drive to Chandigarh. Upon arrival check-in the hotel for the overnight stay. Meal:- Breakfast+ Lunch + Dinner
DAY 23: CHANDIGARH – DELHI
Morning after breakfast drive to Delhi, inroute visit IMF office for De-briefing. overnight stay in hotel. Meal:- Breakfast+ Lunch + Dinner
DAY 24: DEPART DELHI
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel, our aiport RAP will drop you at Indira Gandhi Airport to Depart for onward destination. It was lovely to having you in India, See you soon. Meal:- Breakfast
